1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Standard Shipping

All products purchased from Martha London are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout.
Our Free Shipping option (fixed cost of £0.00) typically takes 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed in our system.

A tracking number will always be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note: In certain situations beyond our control—such as customs delays, postal strikes, high seasonal demand, or logistical disruptions—delivery times may be extended by a few additional business days.

We guarantee the delivery of your order. In the event that a product is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. All shipments are insured against loss and include free online tracking for complete peace of mind.

The order is shipped by the Yunexpress logistics.


1.2 Secure Shipping Guarantee

If your order is not delivered within 50 business days from the dispatch date, you will receive a full refund.

Note: You may receive your order in more than one parcel, as items can be shipped from different suppliers. If you receive part of your order before the rest, this is completely normal.


1.3 Order Tracking

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or another reputable courier service. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, along with instructions on how to track your parcel.


2. General Conditions

2.1 Accurate Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Martha London will deliver to the exact address entered in your order, and cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


2.2 Recipient Availability

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your parcel.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will usually:

  • Make up to three delivery attempts.

  • Leave a collection notice and take the parcel to the nearest postal depot.

You will have 7 consecutive days to collect the parcel. If it is not collected in time, it will be returned to the sender. In such cases, we will resend your order at no additional cost.


2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us. No further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

In this case, you may request a reshipment at no extra cost or a refund.
